How to perform
1. Choose a stable box at a height you can land on comfortably and clear the area around it.
2. Stand with feet hip-width apart, swing your arms and bend your hips and knees.
3. Jump up and land softly with both feet fully on the box, knees tracking with toes.
4. Stand tall, then step down one foot at a time rather than jumping down; reset before each rep.
Suggested rest: 90-120 seconds between sets.
