This policy explains how GYM RAGE Fitness Hub handles information when you use our website and app.
Information you provide
You can browse the Exercise Library and published workout programs without signing in. If you create an account or sign in with Google, we process account information such as your email address, profile name and account identifier. We also process information you choose to submit through contact, support, question or custom workout request forms, including contact details, messages and training preferences.
Workouts and activity
Workout Builder plans are saved locally on your device using browser storage. Signed-in program sessions, progress, favourites and program assignments are stored with your account. Information you submit to the team may also be used to manage your requests and follow-ups. Where payment administration is used, records contain transaction details and provider references rather than payment card numbers.
Subscriptions
If you use subscription features in our native app, RevenueCat processes your account identifier and purchase information to check access, restore purchases and provide subscription management. Apple or Google processes store payments for their respective platforms; we do not collect payment card numbers through the app. Test purchases use RevenueCat's Test Store and do not charge real money. Workout logs and body measurements are not sent to RevenueCat by this integration. Subscription providers may receive device and network information necessary to deliver their services.
Privacy-conscious analytics
We record app visits and selected activity, such as opening exercises or programs, playing Home Workout videos and saving workouts. Analytics use a browser-stored visitor identifier and a session identifier, along with activity timestamps, last active time, and simplified device and browser labels. Activity may be linked to your account when you are signed in. Approximate country, region or state, and city may be derived from hosting-edge network information when available. These locations can be inaccurate, particularly with VPNs or mobile networks. Our analytics records do not store IP addresses, precise coordinates, home addresses or raw user-agent strings, and the app does not request GPS permission.
Local storage and network requests
Browser storage is used for device-local workout plans, sign-in sessions and analytics identifiers. Clearing app or browser storage removes locally saved plans and identifiers and may sign you out; it does not automatically delete account information or activity already stored online. Hosting, authentication and video-delivery services receive network information necessary to respond to requests, which may include an IP address. This is separate from the minimized analytics records described above.
How information is used and accessed
Information is used to provide workout features, maintain accounts, respond to requests, manage programs and understand app usage. Private account activity and administrative records are protected by access controls. Analytics and program management are restricted to authorized administrators. Hosting, authentication, data storage and media-delivery providers process information needed to operate these services. Google processes sign-in information under its own privacy policy when you choose Google sign-in.
Retention and security
Device-local information remains until you remove it or clear app storage. Online information is retained as needed to operate account features, handle requests and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls to protect private information, but no online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may browse public content without an account, choose what information to submit, and clear local app storage. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing. Use the contact page below to send a privacy request. Clearing local storage alone is not an account-deletion request.
Children and policy updates
GYM RAGE Fitness Hub is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed. This policy may be updated when our services or data practices change; the date shown on this page identifies the latest update.
